June 23, 2009, Petaluma, CA: Stephanie Deigan has announced that she will step down as President and Chief Operating Officer of AFMInc, and General Manager of its Heatsheets® Event Products Division effective June 30, 2009, ending a partnership of 13 years with her father, David Deigan.
“Throughout her tenure Stephanie has combined her strong administrative skills and an incredible work ethic to create or refine all of the Company’s operating procedures and vendor relationships, and to improve our business model. She redefined and reshaped the Heatsheets business, successfully implementing a partnering approach to customer relations that has earned AFMInc a reputation for putting the needs of its customers first. She will leave behind a company whose business revenue is more than 400% greater than the one she joined in 1996” according to the Company’s founder and CEO, David Deigan.
“She has approached the task of creating a smooth transition with the same energy and enthusiasm as she has displayed from her first day here. We wish her well,” he added.
