During the 32nd Annual Space Symposium held recently in Colorado Springs, thousands of space leaders from around the world convene to discuss all things space related, including Dr. Buzz Aldrin, a retired astronaut and Air Force veteran; Jeff Bezos, Amazon Founder and CEO and Blue Origin Founder; and The Honorable Robert O. Work, Secretary of Defense.
The Space Symposium program also showcases more than 180 exhibits, displaying the world’s latest space technology, products and services.
We recognize the importance of space innovation and leverage it every day in our proprietary Silver Lining temperature-control technology, utilized in Heatsheets blankets, ponchos and race capes. Based on Radiant Barrier technology originally developed by NASA for the U.S. Space Program, Heatsheets material reflects up to 90% of the user’s body heat back to them when worn silver side in, and deflects heat away from the user, keeping them cool, when worn silver side out.
Heatsheets earned the recognition of the Space Foundation for using this technology, which included the right to display the Certified Space Technology Seal on their products.
