Heatsheets® Announces Technology Co-sponsorship of the Space Foundation’s Summer of Discovery

CHICAGO & COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (June 15, 2015) – Heatsheets®, the flagship brand of Advanced Flexible Materials and leading manufacturer of reflective insulation fabrics, has announced its sponsorship of the Space Foundation’s Summer of Discovery as a Technology Co-sponsor.

The Space Foundation’s Summer of Discovery theme at its Discovery Center in Colorado Springs is “Take a Space-cation,” featuring different themes throughout the summer offering hands-on activities for space fans of all ages.

Summer of Discovery will feature: “Living in a 3D World,” starting June 8; “Next Stop Mars,” starting June 22; “Exploring the Universe,” starting July 13; and “Journey to the Future,” starting July 27 through Aug. 14.

For Summer of Discovery, Heatsheets will be giving away unbranded Heatsheets reflective blankets to the first 25 children, ages 10 and older, on each of the Super Saturdays throughout the Summer of Discovery. Super Saturdays will be held on June 13, 20 and 27, July 11, 18 and 25 and Aug. 1 and 8. Heatsheet blankets will also be available for purchase at the Discovery Center Store.
